Asmara, 06 March 2021- The National Holidays Coordinating Committee announced that this year’s 30th anniversary of Independence Day, May 24, will be celebrated under the theme “Resilient-As Ever”. The Coordinating Committee also indicated that preparation is already underway to enthusiastically celebrate Independence Day at national and regional levels.

Asmara, 31 August 2011- A public program was organized highlighting the Golden Jubilee (50th Anniversary) of the launching of the Eritrean people’s armed struggle for independence.
