Seminar for Eritrean nationals on objective situation in the homeland

Asmara, 04 November 2017- The Eritrean senior delegation comprising Mr. Alamin Mohammed Seid, Secretary of the PFDJ, and Mr. Woldemicael Abraha, Minister of Local Government, conducted seminar for Eritrean nationals residing in Jeddah and its environment on the objective situation in the homeland as well as the role of Eritrean nationals vis-à-vis the regional and global developments.

Indicating that at the time in which many countries through out the world are denied peace and stability due to interferences and the hegemonic policy of the superpowers, the delegation noted that the all rounded progress so far registered attests to the long sighted vision and strong unity of the Eritrean. They also underlined out that the Eritrean people have preserved to this date the noble values of EPLF and societal values and that the country is in a sustainable position.

Pointing out that the external conspiracies to derail development programs have been foiled through the persistence and resilience of the Eritrean people, the delegation called for strong and conscious participation for ensuring sustainable development.

The delegation also gave briefing on the development programs charted out for implementation in 2017 as well as for strengthening of the EPLF and resilience of the Eritrean people and called for reinforcing the public diplomacy activities.

The delegation gave answers to the questions raised by the participants focusing on national issues as well as regional and global developments.
