Expertise described major prerequisite regarding ensuring quality tourism serviceAsmara, 1 February 2013 – The Association of Tourism Businesses pointed out that expertise is a major prerequisite in the process of ensuring quality tourism service. It also called on members to tune their recruitment strategies to this end.

Mr. Solomon Abraha, head of the Association, advised members to lay the groundwork for exchange of experience and resort to betterment of employee relations and human resource management. Indicating that good internal image of a given business is directly related to customer satisfaction, he called for standardization of restaurants service vis-à-vis inspired hygiene.

Accordingly, the Association of Tourism Businesses has been playing major role in facilitating the members’ promotional endeavors and addressing their mutual problem.
