The Thugtatorship of Tigrean People’s Liberation Front (T-TPLF) has used its phony ideology of “ethnic federalism” to hoodwink and bamboozle Ethiopians into believing its system of ethnic apartheid supremacy is actually federalism. It is stunning how a group of high school and grammar school dropouts have been able to con a population of 100 million people into accepting their ethnic apartheid masters are actually their liberators. Asmara, December 7, 2017 – Switzerland has signed an agreement with UNDP pledging US$ 2,112,000 (two million, one hundred and twelve thousand US dollars) to support Eritrea youth in skills development. In line with SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth, the skills development, employment and migration project will enhance youth participation in sustainable economic activities and Nation building. New initiative to face foreign interests in Red Sea countries

Egypt Today | CAIRO – Egypt launched an initiative to establish a framework of cooperation between the Arab and African countries bordering the Red Sea, to face foreign interests besetting Red Sea countries on Monday December 11.

This occurred during a conference titled “Peace, Security and Prosperity in the Red Sea: Towards an Arab-African Regional Cooperation Framework” hosted by Egypt on December 11 and 12. Top officials from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Eritrea and Djibouti, attended the conference. Read more

Adi-Halo: 2 MW solar power put in place

Asmara, 12 December 2017- As part of the effort being undertaken to develop solar power in the country 2 KW solar power has been put in place at Adi-Halo, Dubarwa sub-zone. The manager of E-Tech, Maj. Aklilu Habtemariam said that the project has been implemented within 3 months through internal capacity and that is expected to significantly contribute in ensuring potable water supply and agricultural activities in the area.
